Average for standard interior painting for wall, ceiling, & trim in new construction with 2 coats.
Owner is responsible for all paints.
We follow the manufacturer recommended amount.

Pricing Estimate
Half Rooms 80 square feet or less $300
Small Rooms 80+ up to 120 square feet $450
Standard Rooms 120+ up to 160  square feet $600
Large Rooms 160+ square feet $75 per hour.


Sample Estimate:
Half Room
with only painting service $300
including surface preparation and painting $600
including painting plus surface & room preparation $900

Short Term Rental

Housekeeping Services

Please call or text us for free estimate appointments.

Average for Single Unit Homes with 2 bedrooms without preference for cleaning products or methods.

Light Housekeeping $100 (once a week or more).
General Housekeeping $150 (once every 2 weeks)
Deep Cleaning $200 (once a month)
Seasonal Cleaning $250 (once every 6 month)
Yearly Cleaning $300 (once a year)
One Off Cleaning $500 (subject to availability)

Available Units will be listed on online platforms.
